  3. Me vetfinacim, p\u00ebr v\u00ebzhgimin e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb zhvilluara n\u00eb 1 Tetor 2000, ka angazhuar 829 v\u00ebzhgues n\u00eb 6 prefektura t\u00eb vendit<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. N\u00eb vitin 2001, me financim t\u00eb USA dhe Ambasad\u00ebs s\u00eb Kanadas\u00eb, INSIZ ka realizuar projektin \u201cTraining of domestic observers\u201d. N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebtij projekti INSIZ angazhoi rreth 250 vezhgues p\u00ebr monitorimin e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb zhvilluara n\u00eb 24 qershor 2001<\/span><\/li>\n
