Praktikat e derisotme kan\u00eb treguar se roli dhe efekti i k\u00ebtyre strukturave kolegjiale n\u00eb administrimin e pun\u00ebve n\u00eb plot\u00ebsim t\u00eb nevojave t\u00eb komuniteteve \u00ebsht\u00eb larg pritshm\u00ebris\u00eb dhe nevojave t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve.
